By accessing and using the services provided by Yantra Nirmaan Vidhi (OPC) Private Limited ("YNV Solutions"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

YNV Solutions provides technology services including but not limited to:

• Mobile application development (iOS and Android)
• Web application development
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions
• Technology consulting services

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of YNV Solutions or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Project Deliverables and Ownership

Upon full payment for services rendered, clients will receive ownership rights to the deliverables as specified in the project agreement. YNV Solutions retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Payment schedules are outlined in project proposals
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship, as detailed in separate Non-Disclosure Agreements when applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YNV Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

While we strive to provide high-quality services, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and any materials provided. Payment obligations for services rendered prior to termination remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
